there’s almost always a wait but it’s always worth it! have had the famous uni and ikura udon before and it was delicious, but on a hot summer day, I decided to try a different cold udon.The ikura udon was delicious and I added a soft-boiled egg to it. I can understand when a place cannot make any modifications... but if the staff shows some irritation for inquiring, that just makes the overall experience .
