This place is so good. It's really cold right now in Los Angeles and I find the warm chicken pho really does a body good. I like to get take out of the chicken pho. The warmth of the broth along with the chicken, vegetables, and peppers make for a perfect pho dinner. It's really filling and so good. I like to add the hoisin sauce to it for that extra tastiness. I used to PHO-cking love this place when I was an undergrad at UCLA, and it's so sad to me how far they've fallen off. Gone are the days where they're open until 4 AM and their affordable prices. A bowl here is now at least $16 before tax, and I was disappointed at how the meat quality wasn't the best, the rice noodles weren't fresh, the broth was diluted and not flavorful whatsoever, and the vegetables were missing...
