The ramen is great, especially with an addition of a poached egg. The ramen style is different than what I’ve had at most ramen shops. They use interesting additions such as peanuts and Szechuan peppercorns. The interior is simple and pretty. The staff is great, but I think they’re understaffed a bit. However, the ramen was a bit cold, and the wheat noodles were firmer than we prefer.
