I'm glad I went with the TX Bar Grassfed Cattle Company. I don't have the amount of to take home beef as I thought I would (my mistake), but the second I saw the meat, the packaging, meeting the butchers when I picked up my order and see how great everything went from the beginning to the end, there is no one I want to work with.
