Do you want authentic cajun food with a sophisticated twist? Try the unique gumbo with shredded beef in a delicious red sauce and sausage. Then have the perfectly cooked pork chop in a glaze surrounded by sweet potatoes and walnuts. Finish it off with the perfect banana pudding that resembles a bread pudding.
