I called in and order a hot sausage Poboy with only cheese and ketchup. I made sure to say it 3 times I made sure he repeated it back to me. I got my order in 25 minutes which is long for just a sandwich and the order was incorrect. No extra patty and it was fully dressed, noting I noticed once I got home.
