I just ordered Pho Bistreaux through Door Dash and it was great. I got the tofu sliders, vegetarian egg rolls, and the children's chicken pho. The egg rolls were fried perfectly and tasted amazing with the chili sauce it came with. Food was alright but the thing about Vietnamese food in this city is that there are too many better options to consider this remotely top 5 Vietnamese restaurants in Metairie. For starters when I got my food it was ice cold; I saw it on the counter when I was there out in the open just getting colder and colder.
