I almost passed it up. The exterior greenery or landscaping needs some tending to. The inside was a little dim for me so I opted to dine at the outside seating. My order was taken quickly by Catherine and food came out promptly as well. It wasn't quite busy. The breakfast burrito and the cheese grits were great.
