My wife and I moved to Loveland 3 years ago from Denver, our first dining experience here was the restaurant that used to occupy this space...it was horrible. Fast forward 3 years and Scalzotto has finally opened, we took the leap of trying them on their first week, it was awesome, food was fresh and the pasta was definitely homemade.
