20 mins for 3 shaved ice. My shaved ice came out wrong. I went and took it back . got it wrong again. When i went back the 3rd time, the lady kept making me sound like i ordered the wrong thing when i clearly said pickle with lime salt and chile. So 45 mins later i still paid full price and was told it was my fault.
