Ordered a dozen of Chef's John's pecan cinnamon knots on Thursday for a pick-up on Wednesday for our Thanksgiving Brunch. They gave me such subpar knots, not like their daily knots in bakery case. They were so over baked that they tasted burnt and so dry that I would not serve them due to embarrassment. View all feedback.

Nice staff... but understaffed, unable to hire enough people to work. Food was ok, over cooked...
