We were staying in Ludlow and called into The Plaice for a takeaway evning meal. We chose kebab and chips; both kebabs were on naan bread, rather than pitta (also available), a great alternative. The quality and portions sizes were excellent, and the staff friendly. If we live nearby, we would be regular customers, for the menu choices are extensive and the prices offer tremendous value. We ordered veggie korma and a chicken saag, basically they were both slop. 6 peas a lump of spud do not make a veggie korma, the chicken saag was better, but not much it was slimy inedible, the chicken was very overcooked.
