Absolutely wonderful! We glammed at Shenandoah National Park and went to Luray to hear the Singing Tower Carillon. Flotzies seems to be a firmly anchored food truck. It is located at the corner of a huge parking lot with a series of tables and parasols to sit and enjoy your treats.
