We enjoy good quality fudge and figured we would give this one a try. We overbought because we were going to give some to family. I assume this fudge was made with confectioners sugar, because that's all we could taste. The peanut butter version (the only one that held its form in the photo) tasted like overly-sweet filling for buckeyes.
