Small town bar and grill. At 5:50 pm on a Saturday they were out of ribs and smoked turkey (I hope that means they sold a ton of them earlier). We all ordered the special, pulled pork and brisket. It took over a half hour for our order to arrive. The only thing that had to be cooked was one order of tator tots. Pulled pork was pretty good. Brisket was dry and lukewarm.
