Après une viree au marché de la croix rousse, malgré le temps pluvieux, une pause s'impose au bistrot canaille. Longe de thon à la luzienne et un tartare de bœuf thai pour nous restaurer avec une verrine d'ananas flambé au rhum et flan la la louche et caramel à la crème (et non l'inverse).
