We had lunch at apothicaires, we were greeted very nicely by a lady. Not a big choice of menu. One of the first course fried fish was excellent and the other one was okay. We both had Hake fish and i think it was done by sous vide and then grilled. It has made the texture of the fish very soft and watery, shame.
