Had an evening meal with some friends. We ordered 3 starters and 3 mains. The starters and one of the mains were cold. Obviously the dishes were microwaved and not very well at that! Is it possible to make fresh lasagna in 10 minutes? When we notified the waiter, he just turned and walked away. Incredulous. The manager (I believe) did come to apologise several times.
