On 9/22/23 I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone regarding an incorrect order. I was frustrated about the inconvenience but she was very nice and professional about the situation. What Cindy doesn't like about Arby's:
The girl couldn't hear through the drive thru. She seemed very, very confused. We asked her to separate the 2 orders, she gave us a bag told us to do it. Never even rec'd my Arby's Sauce. Won't be going there again ???? View all feedback.
