Great customer service and good food. The chocolate cake is delicious. They also have a drive thru. Went with a friend and we split a chili cheese dog and double cheeseburger. We then each had fries and I had a vanilla shake. Everything was very good. We split a piece of chocolate cake. It's big enough to share. View all feedback.

I read so many good reviews and heard great things, so I decided to try Portillo?s when I came to Madison. Sadly, I wasn?t impressed. The hot dogs remind me of cheap store brand. The toppings were great, but the dogs themselves were not. I also didn?t like the beef bowl. I took one bite, ate the sweet peppers and that was it. The beef was too chewy and the gravy very salty.
