We dropped into Gumbo for dinner and were quickly seated by our server. We all had a beer while we were choosing what to eat. We had the gumbo which was tasty the lobster bisque which was a bit thin, the pork cheeks which were...tender but really lacked flavour in the sauce and the lamb chops which came with a mountain of average mash.
