Disappointed by past expectations! Saturday night for dinner, my partner orders ziti alla Genovese (typical Neapolitan dish) which seemed anything less than that! The paccheri arrive with barely any orange sauce and no flavour, clearly a frozen sauce. I order scialatielli with seafood and the pasta arrives, probably like tagliatelle.
