Very unpleasant lady at the food counter. She will speak nothing but French, with absolutely no effort to be understood. This is bad for business in a place like this. The salad and desserts were great. Unfortunately, we had undercooked chicken for one of the children's meals. Without apology, the exchange took place as if nothing had happened.
