If you are looking to eat good food for a very good price, this is definitely the place. My wife and I speak next to no Russian and the staff here were very helpful. The options were also pretty good. You get a tray and choose your soup, main and side. We didn't get dessert or drinks and our total came to about 6000 Korean won about $5 USD.
