This hidden gem is just that, a gem and hidden. Beautiful event with a magnificent view of the Seef area, delicious food and great cocktails! There is also an express elevator to take you to the 24. to bring floor that is a very beautiful gesture. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars because Ruka deserves it. a missed occasion..... The Place is nice and very cool located at 24th floor of Ramee Rose Hotel, the view is pretty cool and the staff is kindly and nice.... I was there on a Saturday and they had Happy Hour from 7PM to 9PM, place was unexpectedly empty....food wasn’t great...tuna sashimi was the cheapest quality possible as expected since i feel the restaurant isn’t working much.... strongly suggested to change man...
