Had some lovely meals in Bills but on most recent starters were lovely but main meals were cold and had to send them back, even then they weren't that much hotter on return. Staff were attentive and freindly but we requested they remove the 10% service charge they include on the bill due to the food quality. View all feedback.

The service was good and the staff were very accommodating of our requests for our children. We were let down when our food arrived 5 minutes after our order was taken.
