The service we received was pretty poor. One of the group ordered an oat chai latte after which the the cashier repeated the order back to us and confirmed. When the drink arrived it was in the form of a regular milk caramel latte. We told our server that sorry we didn’t order this to which she said, quite rudely that they were out of chai but don’t really make it seem like remaking the drink was an option. The rest...
