I came with friends to the Sushi School and it was so good! We had a lovely chef show us how they cut the fish and step by step instructions for making 5 different types of sushi (2x hosomaki, uramaki, temaki and nigiri). There’s always a long queue here so we’ve only ever got takeaway before which has been nice. It wasn’t that great the quality is pretty average and the price really isn’t far off what you’d pay in Australasia in Manchester for a similar portion.
