This restaurant is known for serving very large bowls of rice, with arroz ala cubana being a popular choice. The presentation of the meals is unique, with two cups of rice topped with various ingredients and an egg. While some dishes like the Pares lacked in portioning and flavor, the staff recommends trying their Tapa. Customers love the Tapsilogs and Bursilogs for their value for money, despite the slight increase in prices. The tapa is described as sweet and delicious, served with generous portions of rice and pancit. Although some customers prefer other branches of the restaurant, many still enjoy the satisfying meals and plan to try other dishes on the menu. Overall, this restaurant is praised for its generous portions and delicious Filipino dishes.

What Tod Schmeler likes about Pinoy Toppings:
for me one of the most beautiful tapsilog in the city. egg was freshly cooked, generous in rice, the tapa was a little sweet and it comes with pancite. but before it comes with juice and half disk bananen, but no more today. ha ha ha, but it's good that I understand why. I still love to eat their meals, super sulit busog ka talaga when they are reis mann pede ka dito. next time I will try others in the menu like the... View all feedback.
What Leilani Schaden doesn't like about Pinoy Toppings:
I love their TAPSILOGS and their BURSILOGS. I use to eat here a lot back in the day whenever I am on a budget because back then for sixty pesos, you can get a big ass cup of rice with a nice viand. Although now their prices have increased a bit, they still serve bang-for-your-buck meals. They might not have the best in terms of quality but the amount of food that you get more than makes up for it. View all feedback.
