This guy is using more oil. We ordered Paneer Shawarma on yesterday. We brought it home and kept it in microwave to make it hot. To our surprise it almost left 100ml oil in the plate and more oil is oozing from it when pressed the Romali roti. If you are health cautious avoid the food from here, especially shawarma. read more.
