Wenn man das Glück hat, zwischen den vielen Stammgästen einen Tisch zu ergattern, bekommt man im Baristo ehrliche italienische Küche und sehr netten Service. Die Pizzen sind knusprig und lecker belegt. Die Carbonara echt italienisch ohne Sahne - sehr zu empfehlen.
