we were there yesterday and had ribs and my wife had ribs. The main rib was the best I ever had. The hash browns were excellent. That was our third time, and it's a shame that we don't go more often. My wife and I shared the chateubriand. I have never been so let down by ?tenderloin?. It was prepared to the right doneness, med rare, but I would have sworn that is was a eye of round though for how TOUGH the cut was. My wife and I had two bites each and called it a meal. The cut was also severely under seasoned. .We brought the leftover home and I cooked it sous vide for three hours at 130F and it was still tough.... View all feedback.
