Aburiya Sushi is my go-to place in Maple Ridge. After taking my family for dinner and having a wonderful experience, I have introduced several of my colleagues from work to this great little gem. They too are now regulars. I have several favourite dishes here, but by far the baked salmon roll wins me over every time. The lunch bento is exceptional, and priced very reasonably.
