The first time we went to Charlie Gitto's in December 2019 the experience was flawless. Couldn't wait to go back! 2 years later, I was sadly disappointed. When the server refilled my friend's ice tea, the ice went all over the table and he didn't bother to clean it up. I had to ask our waiter to clean it.
