This cafe is a gem. The food is freshly prepared and the service is fast and friendly. The large chicken fried steak and Mexican plate surpassed expectations! I've heard about the Bluebonnet Cafe and have heard about their famous pies, but every time we've driven by it, we were just passing through. This weekend, we're on a mini vacation, so we finally made it. The blueberry pancakes with bacon was superb,but note these pancakes are GIANT. i got 2, but could only finish half.
