My children had received free kids meals with a purchase as a reward from school. The manager took our order and payment said would be ready shortly but over 20 minutes later still no food. My son went to ask and was told they must have lost the order. I had to reorder and wait...not a fun experience thankfully my children enjoyed their food once it was ready. View all feedback.
