They had no bellhops so I got a luggage carrier myself. As I was going through the door to get my bags from the car the heavy door (no auto doors) slammed against my arm ripping my skin open. Went to front desk to show them. They were helpful in applying a temporary bandage, meanwhile I lost my luggage carrier. I am 79 and didn't appreciate the lack of service from a Hilton Hotel.
