WE GOT THERE AND NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK. WHEN SEATED THE ROOM WAS VERY DRAFTY AS THE DOOR KEPT OPENING. RATHER COOL EVENING. HOWEVER WHAT SAVED IT WAS WE FINALLY WENT OUTSIDE AND AFTER SOME ARM TWISTING WAS PROVIDED A HEATER AND SEAT NEAR THE FIRE PITS. THAT WAS LOVELY AND COMFORTABLE! BUT NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT.
