Dit restaurant is gevestigd in het Mercure hotel in Darwin bij het vliegveld.Vlotte en vriendelijke bediening.Het is een gemiddeld restaurant, wel met ruime keus van eenvoudig tot gemiddeld.Het eten vonden wij niet echt geweldig!De tafels met glazen platen erop,waren niet schoon gemaakt, zat vol met vet, van de vorige eters!Jammer, niet voor herhaling vatbaar. The setting overlooking the pool is great. We were there on a holiday Monday and the menu was limited. All 4 of us had steak that looked great but was tough & a bit grisly and served with very little salad. Pleasant unobtrusive service. Prices reasonable, an average dining experience. We found the food good - the chicken was tender with a tasty sauce which did not overwhelm it....
Essence has just launched a new menu. We had an assortment of entrees. Oysters, salads, dampers...
