Nothing to say about the dishes which are very good. But waiting more than an hour and a quarter between 2 courses, it was very long. A full room, certainly a lack of staff, the kitchen not keeping up. Well done to the waitress who performed as best she could. It’s a shame, it prevented us from having dessert given the wait.
