We wanted some fried chicken. This place came up on the GPS and we were 35 mins out. We turned around and headed over. So glad we did, Best Chicken ever! Love this place and the women who cooked and served us was the kindest souls. Bless this place and many blessings. This is my take on the Original Gus's. They should do better. The exterior signage is minimal and smells of used Old Grease. Has a rotten garbage smell in the lot. The potato salad was not it. The chicken smelled like outside had came in. And the macaroni was bland. I have a great sense of taste and smell but will take the franchise in Memphis Tn over the Original. View all feedback.
