The best customer service experience we have had in a while! Had a personal call from the owner and he was so understanding, kind, and apologetic for a minor mix up that happened in store. We went late and I ordered a cookie dough ice cream. I received soft serve vanilla, tried to explain to the employee who told me that it 's soft serve cookie dough which doesn 't seem to exist. One bite was consumed and no compromise was had in the form of replacement or refund and I didn 't want to make a scene so I 'm leaving this review. Visited 11/4/22 at 21:45. View all feedback.
It's Carvel. The signage is aging but the staff is young patient and friendly. Definitely a gem...
