I 'm a fan. one of those places where you go, oh we must come back here three forkfuls into your meal. I love even bad tempura so I 'm probably not the best person to ask, but I thought this tempura was really excellent, to the extent of having to order two portions out of sheer unrepentant gluttony. really nicely presented too, restaurant quality food at café prices. bon. Wanted to try this place for a while the tempura is excellent and both the chicken salad and hot sushi roll looked good and were enjoyed by my parents. The bao, however, was a real disappointment. It was overly salty and too simple in flavour, no nuance just a flat hoi sun type taste and the textures were fairly boring too.
