Bryan did a great job with our gluten free orders...even brought us out a gluten free bun as our bread. Although we were a bit disappointed that the prime rib isn't gluten free we stayed and ordered a ribeye for me, steak and shrimp for hubby. Both were very good! And the sweet tea is perfect! I’m really only giving it a 3 because other places in the same category are just better. The bread, Mac and cheese, and steak are alright but it’s all just mediocre. Id prefer Texas roadhouse every day of the week over this. The prices are also worse at Saltgrass. The service was good. Everything just felt average. Really isn’t much more to say.
