Today I noticed an additional 2% was added to my bill and marked “donation .” I was never asked if I would like to donate nor was I told where “my” donation was going. I was just automatically charged a Donation fee. I called the store twice to speak to someone about this and twice the phone rang about 7 times then was disconnected.
