I received a few gift cards to Outback last Christmas, so have ordered from here quite a few times. Each time, the wait was astounding. I was given even more tuck away gift cards from the manager who seemed to be the only person working to apologize for the long wait. I went in person 2 x and received exceptionally slow service.
