Mauro's is my favourite restaurant in Medicine Hat, hands down. Despite the new ownership, the local neighbourhood "Cheers" type feel is still alive and well. During our last visit the quality of the food and service remained status quo. I had a Mauro's Loaded Burger with Caesar salad and it was excellent. Highly Recommended! View all feedback.

The fish and chips was disgusting the fish was wafer thin very small and no taste the fries were cremated , the Greek salad was swimming in dressing and water so it was uneatable, the guys that were trying to cook were wearing street clothes not good health and safety practice.
