My trip to Dunkin today was good. However, the online point system is confusing and not very specific. I wasted 500 points on a cold beverage for one of my rewards, and it was not specific to the kind of drink I could get for free. I got three drinks and was planning to use my points for one of them, instead, I had to pay after I had used 500 points. View all feedback.

I've been to this Dunkin' a few times. The poor girl at the front counter is always up there by herself with no help. She is always polite and apologizes for the wait. This morning it sounded like there was a party going on in the back. There was loud laughing that could be heard through the store and the lobby had quite a few people in there waiting for their orders. It would nice if they could get some help up fron...
