Surprised by this as most hotel restaurants are merely adequate. We had the salmon with prawn and it was so tasty that we asked for extra bread to sop up that lovely sauce. Salmon was cooked to perfection and was rather large. The service was exceptional for Australia. A fine wine list added to our delight. Very quiet.
