Hidden away on the third level of the Emporium this little place serves good, tasty Japanese food. The ramen noodles are particularly good and they have about 20 types. Mine was a rich bowl of noodles, minced pork, egg and variety of herbs and vegetables. A great kick of Sichuan chili was perfect on a cold day. Excellent Japanese tea and water is on the table. Called in here because I like that it was a restaurant and not part of a food court. Soon discovered that it's not run by Japanese but by Chinese....well front of house anyway. The staff seem disinterested and very particularly friendly. The range of food is quite good. When my Katsu Don came out it tasted and looked authentic enough.
